I designed the annual white paper report for the Voter Formation Project’s 2022 Midterm Elections initiative. The report combined insights from a five‑state voter registration effort targeting low‑propensity voters of color with an in‑depth analysis of a Pennsylvania experiment comparing long‑term and short‑term digital messaging.
